The 29th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) was held from September 17 to 19. Professor Lu Si from Peking University Cancer Hospital presented the results of a pivotal Phase II clinical study of GC101 TIL therapy (Nolgileucel), developed by Shanghai Juncell Therapeutics Co., Ltd. for patients with advanced melanoma. The study was awarded the First Prize of 2026 CSCO Excellent Paper Award and Innovative Research Award.

Previously at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, the results of the pivotal Phase II clinical study for GC101 TIL therapy (Nolgileucel) in patients with advanced melanoma were accepted as a Late-Breaking Abstract and presented orally, attracting widespread attention from the oncology community.

Winning the First Prize Prize of Excellent Paper at the CSCO Annual Meeting, further demonstrated that Nolgileucel's significant efficacy and favorable safety were widely recognized by experts. The conference also granted the study 2026 Innovative Research Award, fully acknowledging the research team's innovative breakthroughs in the field of oncology therapy. It provided vital references for clinical translation and indigenous innovation practices in oncology across China.
